Why swap plastic for aluminum?
Factory plastic steering cups and hubs can flex or wear out over time, especially on faster brushless setups. This CNC-aluminum set reduces play in the steering knuckle and rear uprights, giving you more direct steering response and less toe change under load. The machined surfaces also reduce friction at the ball joints compared to rough plastic.
Installation notes
Installation is straightforward: remove the old plastic parts and transfer the screws and hinge pins to the new aluminum parts. The dimensions match the original WLtoys geometry, so no drilling or filing is needed. That said, apply a drop of threadlocker to any screws that thread into aluminum to prevent them from backing out during running.
